Allan Gray Fellows – Executive Committee
The executive committee facilitates the overall objective of the Association – to alleviate poverty through creating responsible high impact entrepreneurs in Southern Africa. In addition to the duties of directing the organisation and enacting governance within the Association, the executive committee identifies and creates a variety of world-class opportunities for the Fellows’ entrepreneurial development. In tangible form, it is the executive committee’s task to ensure that high impact, responsible businesses are created within the Fellows community.
The executive committee is made up of 5 defined roles, supplemented by various subcommittees and support functions via the Fellows community, Candidate Fellows and Foundation Talent. These 5 roles are volunteer positions and are as follows:
