High School Scholarships

Scholarship Application Criteria

Apart from being a super smart aspiring entrepreneur, you also need to meet the following scholarship application criteria:

  • You must show exceptional ability and potential in Maths and English.
  • You must demonstrate a need for financial assistance.
  • You must be a South African citizen.
  • You must demonstrate the Allan Gray Scholarship hallmarks of wisdom, knowledge, courage, vision and leadership.

How to Apply for Your High School Scholarship

  1. Download the application for high school bursaries.
  2. Complete and submit the original application format by closing date.
  3. If you make the shortlist, you will be invited to write a numeracy and literacy test.
  4. You will then be invited with your parent or guardian for a face-to-face interview.
  5. If you make the next shortlist, you then get to go a super fun-filled 1.5 day selection camp.
  6. The Foundation will then make recommendations for shortlisted applicants at the country's leading secondary schools.
  7. The high school scholarships will then be awarded.
