The personal reward gained from being involved in assisting to shape the future of young leaders is immense - this need for personal satisfaction is a trait shared by each Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Mentor.
The Foundation is continually seeking individuals who are willing to invest time and have an interest in being part of promoting the growth of entrepreneurship and prosperity in Southern Africa to walk alongside the Allan Gray Fellows in their journey towards making a significant impact.
By becoming a mentor, you enable the Fellows to leverage the maximum benefit from the entrepreneurial development opportunities provided by the programme and shape their experiences, and future as a result.

The mentoring relationship begins during a Fellow's 3rd year at university and extends during the period that the Fellow is associated with the Foundation.
